I am not a bodywork professional, but I have found this app to be super helpful with understanding many physical ailments I've had over time. Is it as comprehensive as it might be? No. Has it solved every question of every ache and pain I've ever had? No. Have I used it a lot? Heck, yes! Was it worth the (I think) $2.99 I paid for it? Yes, yes, yes!!! Many times over. I think the haters must just be cheap, because $3 is a small price to pay for just the anatomy reference this is.
Not accurate knowledge people who don't have knowledge about anatomy don't try.
the software is subpar and according to the trigger point manual by Janet travelle, it's not very accurate. As a massage therapist trigger points are essential knowledge. Most muscle pictures only have one angle and you arent able to rotate the model, not worth it in my opinion.
Reference only. Doesn't teach and missing helpful features. Was it made by a practicing professional? Probably not. Definitely needs major improvements. Would get my money back if I could.
I use this app almost daily at work and I've learned so much !! So worth the money
The best app ever, so many years and the precision of points and convenience of use is beyond outstanding
An excellent resource.
I like the app and the more detailed presentation of the human body but on my pixel 3XL the rotation of the body is really laggy even though it's running SD 845 SoC. On iOS it's smooth. Please fix that.
Provided guidance in my quest to do self massage.
